WCSPH 2013 Registration and Event FAQ

Q: I'm having trouble downloading the registration forms and other files. Is there any other way to get them?
A: Just e-mail us at wcsph@animealliance.asia and we'll e-mail them to you directly!

Q: How does the registration process work?
A: All aspiring participants must fill out the registration form of their respective qualifier event and must be sent to wcsph@animealliance.asia for initial verification. Our officials will review the entry and shall send back an INVITE that allows the applicants to check-in on-site with our team and be verified with their costumes. Once approved, cosplayers will be granted entry and will be given an official cosplay number.

Q: Is the qualifiers only in Subic?
A: As of the moment, yes. We're still making arrangements to hold qualifiers elsewhere, but Subic is the most confirmed one

Q: Is there a registration process for WCSPH on HERO FACE OFF 4?
A: No, there's no registration for WCSPH on-site. Face off category will be exclusive to finalists for Subic and other probable qualifiers. However, HERO FACE OFF 4 will still have their regular Group and Chibi cosplay categories with on-site registration.

Q: Are the participants allowed to roam around after the verification process?
A: No, once participants has passed our Cosplay Inspections Team, they are to remain within the Cosplay Area premises until the duration of the competition to avoid inspection procedures again.
